Tonight for Family Home Evening the girls and I made a banana cake. Well I suppose I made the cake, but they decorated it while we talked about prophets and apostles, specifically our latter day prophet and apostles. I was pleased with how much Kathryn could tell me and how many names and faces she could recognize. It was a fun and simple evening. But by the time they had finished decorating the cake, they had "sampled" so much icing that they picked it all off of their piece of cake and left it on the plate. Silly girls.
