Happy St. Patricks Day!
I've never cared about this particular "Holiday". I have never done anything for it. Never encouraged it. For no real reason except that I just don't think it is a very exciting "holiday". My kids didn't know anything about it until Kathryn was in Kindergarten and they had a "green" day. Well this year it was all the buzz in our house. The girls really loved the pink pancakes I made for Valentines day, so they requested green one for St Patrick's day. So I obliged. And last night for Family Home Evening they wanted to make cookies for the occasion. So we made green chocolate chip cookies. Don't they look tasty? They look like they should be mint flavoured, but they are not.
