Here is an interesting video that all parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, teachers, and mentors should watch. It is long(over an hour), and the picture quality is very poor, but the information and ideas just make sense. I have already thought of some things that I could do differently with my children...with one in particular, and maybe she wouldn't act out with violence towards her sisters as much.
